of Current and Past Members "The
Twin Cities IT HR Forum has been a wonderful opportunity to network with
other HR professionals in the local area. This Forum fosters
the sharing of ideas and roundtable discussion on a number of
topics that we likely encounter on a regular and consistent basis in our
positions. These discussions, along with the tools found on the website,
provide a multitude of valuable resources that ultimately enable us to do our
work more effectively." Ryan
Albrecht, Park Nicollet Health Services "I
have been involved from the inception of the group and have been asked to
present at a few of the meetings. As
this group has matured, the list of topics has evolved to include some very
tough subjects, and this information is shared via quarterly
programs, webcasts and surveys.
Because of this approach, there are numerous viewpoints offered to ‘hot’
topics, and there has been a rapid dissemination of this data so that members
can use that information within their respective organizations. The exposure to the diverse IT perspectives
and accessibility to a support network make this a valued investment in HR/IT
issues." Dave
