IT-HRForums brings IT, Finance and other ‘shared service’ functional leaders from the greater Minneapolis, St. Paul region together for discussions and idea exchange about:

• the impact of technology on people and systems in your organization,
• a variety of just in time “hot topics” on current people challenges,
• the most current best practices and implementation strategies

Why Be A Member?

Hot topics are drawn from just-in-time, organizational effectiveness challenges or technology-driven issues. We get greater in-depth coverage on these topics in our peer network than would be possible with a more generic audience.

Network of professional peers come from regional companies. Past and current members include Cargill, 3M, General Mills, Best Buy, Assurant, Michael Foods, Toro, Cummins-Power Generation, TCF, Ameriprise Financial, Target, Medtronic, GMAC, ECMC, Ramsey County, United Health Group, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wells Fargo, and Mayo Clinic.

Who attends are company representatives knowledgeable about a meeting topic, or who may benefit from the shared information. Invitees include mid-level professionals for discussions about work ‘in the trenches.’ For more strategic content, participants would be limited to senior positions.

Flexible venues for busy professionals. Our exchanges occur in a variety of formats. Three hour semi-annual, in-person programs delve deeper into a core topic (typically May and November). Monthly one-hour webinars, recorded as well, offer tips and advice from internal and external experts. The IT-HRForums website contains a directory of members and a database of archived presentation, benchmark and audio information.
